How to Make Pudina Chicken


Ingredients
  1. 500 grams Boneless Chicken
  2. 2 Big Potatoes
  3. 2 Tomatoes
  4. 4 Green Chillies
  5. 1 Big Onion
  6. 4-5 Garlic Pods
  7. 1 Inch Ginger
  8. Small BUnch Of Pudina
  9. 15 Stalks Coriander Leaves
  10. 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  11. 2 tsp Oil
  12. 10 curry leaves
  13. 1/4 tsp Jeera
  14. salt according to taste
  15. For Marinade
  16. 3 spoons youghurt
  17. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  18. A pinch Turmeric
  19. salt
Preparation

Mix the chicken pieces with the above ingredients and keep it aside for 30 mins
Method - Grind Chillies, ginger and Onion keep them aside Seperately gring pudina and half of the Onion In a wok heat 2 tsp oil add jeera add the leftover onions and fry until it turns brown ,now add tomatoes and fry for 3 mins on medium flame until its completely mashed add chopped potatoes fry for a while then add the grounded pastes mix it well and leave it for 3 mins now add marinated chicken pieces to the mixture and cover it add salt . cook for further for 20 mins until the chicken pieces becomes tender add garam masala at the end and garnish with coriander leaves .
